To set up your private Google Sheet and deliver leads based on your borough selection

3. Lead Data We Provide to You

The violation data we deliver to subscribers comes from public records:

NYC Housing Preservation & Development (HPD) — open violation records
NYC Open Data portal

We enrich this public data with building owner contact information obtained through licensed skip-tracing services. This contact information is provided to you solely for legitimate business outreach by licensed master plumbers. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM) when using this data.

4. Lead Exclusivity & Data Handling

Each lead is tracked by violation ID. Once delivered to a subscriber, it is locked to that subscriber and will not be delivered to any other. We maintain a database of delivered leads solely to enforce this exclusivity. Lead data in your Google Sheet is accessible only to you and our service account.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with:

Stripe — for payment processing (governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy)
Google — to create and share your lead sheet via Google Sheets and Google Drive
Skip-tracing service providers — to enrich public violation data with owner contact information
Legal authorities — if required by law or to protect our legal rights

6. Data Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (SSL/TLS)
Payment processing is handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
Your Google Sheet is shared privately — only you and our service account have access
We do not store your payment card details

7. Data Retention

Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 90 days after cancellation
Lead delivery records: Retained indefinitely to enforce exclusivity guarantees
Payment records: Retained as required by law (typically 7 years)
You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us — note that lead delivery records may be retained to protect exclusivity commitments to other subscribers

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Correct inaccurate information
Request deletion of your personal data (subject to retention requirements above)
Opt out of non-essential communications at any time
